Being new to this blogging platform I feel a bit clumsy in getting started. Something that I am hugely grateful for is being able to pick up the phone and be able to speak to a real person, plus the added bonus for myself is the fact that they are in my timezone just a couple of hour drive away if I really wanted to go to their office.
